Project Nigerian Dream (PND)

Project Nigerian Dream (PND)

PND is a novel approach to citizens’ advocacy and engagement.

PND is principally conceived as a values reorientation project for leaders and followers in Nigeria. Amongst other things, PND encourages Nigerians to: identify and prioritize their three most important aspirations; unify ideals and nationalism; provide leaders the basis for the prioritization of public expenditure in accordance with citizens’ expressed priorities; and, define a framework for holding leadership accountable.

In this regard, PND is aimed at improving governance systems and processes as well as enhancing public expenditure priorities for economic and social development.
